Anyone else ever traveled to St. Petersburg? What were your favorite sights?
I went there in August '05. I found this awesome apartment in the Admiralty complex, a short walk from the Hermitage. It was a great trip.

This is probably my favourite city in Russia. Been there 6 times, I guess. I love walking around Nevsky, going to museums and churches. The Church of Spilt Blood is absolutely gorgeous. If you go in early summer, you should stay up one night and go see the bridges opening up to let the ships go. It's pretty cool.
